Pin Pao Guesthouse is a brand new guest house located 300 metres from the historic
old town of Sukhothai, offering a superb location and a great atmosphere. We are on the
main road that links the old city with New Sukhothai, within walking distance of Sukhothai Historical Park
and conveniently placed for accessing local buses to the new city. We offer a good selection
of bright and cheery rooms, featuring colourful and elegant Thai decorations.
Each room has its own private bathroom and air conditioning for your comfort.
Pin Pao Guesthouse sits right on the bank of a pretty river, in a densely green area, with a large terrace,
ideal for immersing oneself in the natural beauty of the area. Our gardens are blooming with lovely orchids,
and the stained glass motifs and coloured tiles create a vibrant and cheery environment for you to relax in.
Our dining area enables you to bring tasty local food back from the market to enjoy at your leisure, and
features original repurposed sewing machine tables.

Sukhothai is split in two - New Sukhothai and Old Sukhothai. While New Sukhothai is representative of modern Thailand, Old Sukhothai represents the city's rich past, and is where you will find us at the Pin Pao Guesthouse.
Old Sukhothai lies right next to the Sukhothai Historical Park, one of the largest archaelogical areas in the world, preserving some of the most important monuments of the ancient Thai civilization.
Pin Pao Guesthouse has a great café at the front of the building, ideal for chilling and meeting new people. We serve fresh coffee and other beverages and a selection of tasty snacks all day long. In our gardens, we have a large communal terrace overlooking the tranquil river. Here you can relax in one of our comfortable seating and dining areas, maybe in one of our hammocks, sitting in the shadow right next to the river bank. We have a cosy communal lounge with a small selection of books for guests. There's also free Wi-Fi available in all rooms.
We have recently added a swimming pool as well - ideal to relax and cool off in the afternoons, or after visiting the nearby Sukhothai Historical Park. Sukhothai has more to offer than just the Historical Park though - spend a few days with us and get to know our town at Old Sukhothai.
